My Purpose & Mission

Why I Do This

Hi, I’m Kate - a mom of toddler triplets and a firm believer in simplicity (because when you have three kids the same age, life is already complicated enough).

I believe a clutter-free home creates a clutter-free mind - and let’s be honest, as parents, we need all the mental space we can get. Raising three little ones at the same time, I quickly realized that if I didn’t simplify our home, I’d be buried under toys, laundry, and chaos before I even had my morning coffee. Minimalism wasn’t just a lifestyle choice - it was a survival strategy before I lost my sanity.

My goal with In Harmony With Less is to help parents embrace realistic minimalism - the kind that doesn’t require throwing away all your stuff or pretending your kids won’t sneak their toys back into the house.

Minimalism isn’t about living in an empty white box - it’s about keeping what truly adds value and letting go of excess stress (and maybe that drawer full of mystery cables no one has touched in five years). I want to make decluttering doable, guilt-free, and actually practical for families, so your home feels calm, functional, and manageable - without endless tidying up.

What I Do

I help busy parents simplify their homes and lives through the H.A.R.M.O.N.Y. Method, a mix of Gentle Minimalism, Mindful Sustainability, and Joyful Parenting - minus the pressure to own only three shirts and a succulent.

Through digital guides, templates, and free resources, I give parents realistic, step-by-step strategies to:
✔ Declutter without losing your mind (or stepping on yet another Lego).
✔ Create a home that works for you - not one that constantly needs tidying.
✔ Build mindful habits - so clutter stays gone (instead of mysteriously reappearing).
✔ Involve the whole family - without full-scale rebellion.
✔ Shift focus from stuff to experiences - because the best memories aren’t made in cluttered playrooms.

My mission is to help parents declutter with confidence, embrace sustainable simplicity, and create a home where they can breathe, relax, and maybe even drink a coffee while it’s still hot.
